The community of Dinsmore, Saskatchewan has one wooden grain elevator. This is the former Saskatchewan Wheat Pool “B” elevator, number 997.
The elevator consists of the elevator proper with an integrated annex, and an additional annex on the other side.
There was a Pioneer grain elevator in Dinsmore that appeared to be composed of a pair of annexes with the elevating machinery in the middle. One of the annexes was ex UGG, ex Agricore United. It was looking pretty rough in 2010 (see below) and was demolished prior to 2019.
Dinsmore is located between Swift Current and Saskatoon. It is served by the Big Sky Rail shortline..
