The former Manitoba Pool grain elevator in Plum Coulee has been converted into the Prairie View Elevator Museum. This elevator with integrated annex is now a museum housing items relating to the early Jewish, Ukrainian, German and Mennonite pioneers that settled the area.
The Canadian Pacific Railway’s La Riviere subdivision track passes by the elevator. Plum Coulee was also on the Midland Railway out of the United States, which eventually became the CP Carman subdivision.
