There is a large grain elevator complex in Killam, Alberta. It consists of an ex UGG composite grain elevator with a separate annex, connected by piping, with steel bins for extra storage. The 2013 photos show another elevator but it is no longer present, replaced by bins and piping.

There is a large concrete Viterra grain terminal on the east side of the town.
