The town of Strome, Alberta has one grain elevator remaining. This ex Alberta Wheat Pool elevator still has the Pool logo showing.

There was a large Pioneer grain elevator in Strome as late as 2013 but it is no longer there.

Strome Seed Cleaning has a small feed mill nearby.
