The last wooden grain elevator in Westlock, AB will be demolished in 2021.
The elevator was built in 1968 by the Alberta Wheat Pool. It was owned by Westlock Terminals and was the last wooden grain elevator in their storage complex. It used to contain a UGG grain elevator (demolished in 2009) and another Alberta Wheat Pool elevator (demolished around 2011-2012).
