There are two grain elevators in Birch Hills, Saskatchewan. The former Saskatchewan Wheat Pool grain elevator was the “B” elevator. The other remaining elevator is a former UGG elevator.
Former Elevators
The Saskatchewan Wheat Pool “A” grain elevator in Birch Hills, SK had two annexes – a balloon annex and what appears to have been a small former elevator, turned and used as extra storage.
It was adjacent to the UGG grain elevator.
There was a concrete Cargill grain elevator in Birch Hills. It was demolished in November 2011.
